If your order is missing an item, or if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us at rsenterp.india@gmail.com or Whatsapp your concern on 70213-38157 within 48 hours of delivery. We will reship the correct item at no additional cost. Please note that replacement or refund requests cannot be processed after this 48-hour window.
There will be no refund of amount and new product as replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
Return Conditions for Non-Food Items:
Ensure the product is in its original condition, including all tags, labels, accessories, packaging, and invoice. In case of manufacturing defects, we require the original packing and invoice, even if the product has been used.
Non-Returnable Products:
The following products are not eligible for return or replacement:
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Used or installed consumable items
- Products returned without original packaging and accessories
